Our Pricing Philosophy
Our pricing philosophy is based on the principle of building a long term relationship with you. We us the NPS (Net Promoter Score) model to review our customer loyalty and satisfaction measurements and we know value for money is an important part of the equation. At the end of the day, we are a relatively new company, with exciting plans, who wants to grow, which we can best do, through our customers recommending our products and services. So we always price for value exchange. Our pricing philosophy splits into three blocks.
With some of our services we offer an introductory free period, in order to provide you time to review our services (e.g. HR Sumo, our HR admin & support services portal).
This is based on our standard fees, plus an element payable, at the end of the assignment, based on agreed KPI/results.
This is the typical structure for our Interim and Consultancy services.
We provide a tried and test coaching programme, that is results based. We only gets paid based on results. Results means measurable positive change in pre-selected leadership behaviours, as determined by stakeholders, selected by you.
